  • Insuring the constructability and profitability of the concept proposals of the designer
  • Developing with the designer a detailed schedule of the various design stages and supervising its performance
  • Collaborating with the Project Owner’s team regarding design questions and issues
  • Contract Administration of the subcontract between the Design/Build Contractor and the Designer

• Expert Consulting
  Provide advisory services in management and administration of contracts, including counseling to senior management
• Estimating
  Collaborate with the estimating staff in the budgetary processes for tendering
• Project Management
  Assist the management team on a construction project:
  • Administer subcontracts
  • Assist the Contractor in the negotiations with the Project Manager regarding important changes and eventual claims, if applicable
  • Filling various management positions if required by the Contractor
