- Design coordination:
- Insuring the constructability and profitability of the concept proposals of the designer
- Developing with the designer a detailed schedule of the various design stages and supervising its performance
- Collaborating with the Project Owner’s team regarding design questions and issues
- Contract Administration of the subcontract between the Design/Build Contractor and the Designer
- Expert Consulting
Provide advisory services in management and administration of contracts, including counseling to senior management
- Estimating
Collaborate with the estimating staff in the budgetary processes for tendering
- Project Management
Assist the management team on a construction project:
- Administer subcontracts
- Assist the Contractor in the negotiations with the Project Manager regarding important changes and eventual claims, if applicable
- Filling various management positions if required by the Contractor
